VENT100 — 130 CFM Inline Exhaust Fan with Speed Control | 4” Duct, Under 28 dB

Resin 3D printing releases harmful VOCs and fumes throughout the entire print cycle. Ventilation is not optional. It is a requirement for safe operation. The VENT100 is a 4-inch inline exhaust fan that pulls fumes out at the source and vents them outdoors. A DC brushless motor moves air at 130 CFM, controlled by an included dial so you can set the airflow for your setup. The fan runs below 28 dB, making the VENT100 well suited for home offices and shared spaces. The 4-inch duct moves more air than a 3-inch system and is still easy to route and manage. The unit ships ready to use and does not require assembly.

The VENT100 does not include a duct hose or printer adapters. Use any 4-inch hose, sized to the distance between your printer and the window or exterior outlet. Adapters are sold separately.

Ventilation significantly reduces fumes and VOCs, but some residual odor may remain. This is expected, and it is why staying out of the room during and after printing is important. For the VENT100 to work, fresh air must be able to enter the space. Open a window or provide an equivalent clean air source. To vent outdoors, the duct hose connects to a window vent or exterior outlet, similar to the window kit used with a portable air conditioner. Do not occupy the room while the printer is running. After printing, allow at least 24 hours before working or spending time in that space so the air can clear. Plan your print schedule around this: overnight or weekend printing works best. When handling resin during washing and curing, wear a respirator with carbon cartridges and gloves. An enclosure is highly recommended both during printing and for storage when the printer is not in use.

Duct fit: Both ends are 100mm (4") connectors. Use hose clamps for an airtight seal. For 3" duct, use a 4" to 3" reducer (not included).
