VENT80 — 120 CFM Ventilation System for ELEGOO Resin Printers | Dual 80mm Fans, 3” Duct

Resin 3D printing releases harmful VOCs and fumes throughout the entire print cycle. Ventilation is not optional — it is a requirement for safe operation. The VENT80 is designed specifically for ELEGOO resin printers with a dedicated exhaust port, connecting directly to the printer to pull fumes out at the source and vent them outdoors. Dual 80mm fans move air at 120 CFM, controlled by an included variable speed switch so you can dial in the airflow for your setup. The fans run quietly, making the VENT80 well suited for home offices and shared spaces. The 3-inch duct is a practical advantage — it is easier to route, easier to manage, and less obtrusive than a larger system, without sacrificing effective fume extraction. The quick-disconnect design makes it easy to detach and reattach without tools. Installation is straightforward and the kit includes a detailed PDF guide.

Ventilation significantly reduces fumes and VOCs, but some residual odor may remain — this is expected and exactly why staying out of the room during and after printing is important. For the VENT80 to work effectively, fresh air must be able to enter the space — open a window or provide an equivalent clean air source. To vent outdoors, the duct hose connects to a window vent or exterior outlet — similar to the window kit used with a portable air conditioner. Do not occupy the room while the printer is running. After printing, allow at least 24 hours before working or spending time in that space — the air needs time to clear. Plan your print schedule around this: overnight or weekend printing works best. When handling resin directly during washing and curing, a respirator with carbon cartridges and gloves are required. An enclosure is highly recommended both during printing and for storage when the printer is not in use.
