VENT120 — 250 CFM Ventilation System for ELEGOO Resin Printers | Dual 120mm Fans, 4” Duct

The VENT120 is the most powerful consumer-grade resin printer ventilation system available. Dual 120mm fans push 250 CFM through a 4-inch duct, delivering twice the static pressure of a single fan system and 60+ air changes per minute within a printer enclosure. It connects directly to ELEGOO printers with a dedicated exhaust port — no enclosure required for compatible models, though one is highly recommended. The larger 4-inch duct moves significantly more air than the VENT80, making the VENT120 the right choice for larger print volumes, larger spaces, or anyone who wants maximum extraction performance. The quick-disconnect design makes it easy to detach and reattach without tools, and the system is also well suited for hobby airbrushing, soldering, and similar applications. Resin 3D printing releases harmful VOCs throughout the print cycle — ventilation is not optional. Ventilation significantly reduces fumes and VOCs, but some residual odor may remain — this is expected and exactly why staying out of the room during and after printing is important. For the VENT120 to work effectively, fresh air must be able to enter the space. Open a window or provide an equivalent clean air source. To vent outdoors, the duct hose connects to a window vent or exterior outlet — similar to the window kit used with a portable air conditioner. Do not occupy the room while the printer is running. After printing, allow at least 24 hours before working or spending time in that space — the air needs time to clear. Plan your print schedule around your occupancy — overnight or weekend printing works best. When handling resin directly during washing and curing, a respirator with carbon cartridges and gloves are required. An enclosure is highly recommended both during printing and for storage when the printer is not in use.
